Grégoire Assemat Tessandier has a business mind with a creative heart.

Every day, he inspires his teams to be bold. To be brave. And, every day, he partners with clients to use creativity as a transformative business driver.

In the last five years, Greg helped Goldman Sachs ship their first consumer product, Marcus; partnered with NBCUniversal to design their new streaming platform, Peacock; transformed Xfinity stores in digital playgrounds and developed the global B2B brand platform of the most valuable company in the world. Yes, that one.

Going beyond the “breakfast burrito” clichés, Greg is driven by the belief that a culture of creative innovation, radical diversity and intense transparency produces breakthrough work. And breakthrough work grows brands and businesses.

Creative innovation connects the dots between Brand, Digital Products and Advertising by bringing traditional and experience thinking together. It creates growth-oriented creative organizations that embrace disruption and leapfrog competition.

He is a strong advocate of DEI at the core of the business, pushing recruitment efforts to diversify talent mix, promoting women to leadership positions and engaging in pro-bono partnership with organizations committed to drive change.

Greg entered the creative industry 20 years ago to do cool stuff with smart people for great brands. He has successfully built, operationalized and scaled creative/product organisations in France, UK, Europe and the USA.

Along the way, with his teams, he was lucky enough to work for some of the most prestigious and iconic brands in the world.

Greg is an active member of Surfrider Foundation and currently lives in Brooklyn, with his wife, four kids… and their lazy English Bulldog, Maurice.
